Here's their review:
I
don't even know where to begin.
The
trip was absolutely amazing, and our
first trip to Mexico.
We
arrived on Monday, April 8. You had the instructions down to a tee. The
airport was just as described in your photos It was provided perfectly to us.
We were welcomed with Champagne in the lobby and our bags taken to our rooms.
The staff provided detailed instructions as we checked in and a ride in the golf cart transportation straight to our doorstep.
Wednesday,
as you recommended we used Lomas travel to book our excursion for the day
- a trip to Tulum, Coba, Cenote and a lunch scheduled in and provided by the people of a small Maya Village. Rias was our tour facilitator and truly a really knowledgeable guy. This day was truly a historic and authentic experience. We will never for get this day.
I
can not go with out saying the housekeepers and all the people we came in
contact with were fantastic and so attentive.
I am truly grateful and thankful to you for never having to have worried about, who or how or where to go.
Sincerely, and truly appreciate of you and your relentless patience to details,

We
stepped out to have lunch. When we returned, we found a bottle of Champagne on ice!
We
met our concierge, Angel and Adrian they quickly hooked us up with a Candle
Light Dinner on the beach to start the celebratory reason we were there. The
experience and the food was undoubtedly perfect! They then topped it off with
our dessert on a plate that wished us a Happy 25th.
Tuesday,
we did a couples massage and enjoyed the pool. Today was our Anniversary and that
night was a super fun night with the Mexico's Fiesta theme and performances of
all of Mexico's dance traditions. Along with an endless array of Mexican food
and drinks.
We returned to our room with a romantic setting of music, rose petals in shape of a heart on the bed, and a bottle of wine, cheese and fruit plate. I cried, I couldn't believe what I was experiencing. I'm gonna cry again.....

Thursday
- We ordered breakfast to our room. This by far
was the best I have ever had for room service experience.
We finally got to
walk the beach, enjoy the swing set in the water, swam up to the
pool bars and enjoyed some drinks, relaxed on the pool deck beds provided and
took a nap.
We ended with the Fuentes Culinary Theater. We were amazed. This was
literally like being on an episode of a TV show. The chef prepared the food and
then gave you the experience to eat it while he cooked it and explained the
herbs and reasonings why they paired together. I didn't know if I should eat
the food, or video his performance or take pictures all at the same time. Hats
off to the Chef!!
Friday,
as you so perfectly arranged, Canada transfers, were prompt and very, very courteous. Edgar took us to
the resort and Isales took us to the airport.
They
both made us feel so welcomed to Mexico. 🙂
I am truly grateful and thankful to you for never having to have worried about, who or how or where to go.
You
made our trip, the best trip we ever, ever had.
Thank
you Katy, for all the additional information on the history of Mexico, it made
our decisions on excursion easier. Thank you, again
Sincerely, and truly appreciate of you and your relentless patience to details,
Margarita,
and Aldo Antelo
