Renaissance Aruba is split into two separate areas: Marina Hotel and Ocean Suites. You can add on an all-inclusive option. The hotel is located right in downtown Oranjestad close to shopping and restaurants. For a beach, the resort takes you by boat to a private island about 15 minutes away.
The Marina Tower rooms are adults only and located close to the luxury mall. The casino is open 24 hours. they host special events like pool parties and feature a DJ at happy hour.
The Ocean Suites are a seven minute walk from the Marina Tower. It's a family resort with a casino. A live band plays at happy hour. The rooms all have king beds with pull out sofas. A supervised kids' club is available for an extra fee and babysitting is available. The Ocean Suites have a small, man-made cove beach area.
The private island is open 7 am - 7 pm. Boats depart every 15 minutes. Each side has their own dock. The Flamingo beach is adults only. The Iguana beach is the family side with the restaurant and souvenir shop. Beautiful overwater cabanas are available for $150 per day for the small and $200 per day for the large.
